    Tough stuff, I'm not sure of all the differences between Canada's police testing and the US's, but in the RCMP you run 3 miles a day, every day, sometimes in the full red uniform, big boots, hat and everything.

    I wish I could put the pads on right about now... But, unfortunetly, I got gay back problems and flag football practice don't start until June.

    man im in weight lifting still and agility training we dont have mini camp till june 8 and doubles august 10th

    We don't start with pads until MUCH later in the summer. Hell, we just had another snowstorm here a couple weeks ago. We did do some conditioning a couple of weeks ago before school. Nothing worse (or better) than getting up at 5:00 in the morning to do football conditioning.
    I have never heard of the Gauntlet.

    But getting up in the moring and conditioning is a sacrafice you have to give when you want to win.
