I have an electric, and it pisses me off. I need to switch to a blade. The electric always seems to not want to shave closely in some spots, so I'm stuck with irritating stubble all day.

I use both, my electric when I'm on the move and my razor when I have the time.
BRONCOS fan is in my blood!

            Anytime Mount!

Man, you guys use cheap electrics!

You gotta spend the $$$$$ if you want a good one that works good!

By touch up, I meant if I just need to hit a small area before going out to dinner or something, not as a finishing tool. My Braun cuts close as any blade.

However, it's not so great on several days growth. I will use a blade for that, say after a weekend fishing or something.

Plus, I wear a beard, so I only shave my neck and a little of my cheeks.

Also have a trimmer, forget what brand, nothing fancy. I use it for trimming the beard and keeping the mustache in check. I used to have an nice one, but my daughter and wife used it on our dog! My sister bought me this set like Jared mentioned. A plug in job with several attachments, but its big, heavy, and not portable. More like a fancy thing in a barber shop. I never use it. I gave it to my wife for the DOG!

                  since I'ma girl....

My legs prefer blades. I have tried electric and they just didn't do as good a job as the blades.

For a Norelco?? WOW!! I never paid THAT much for one of those. My Braun was less than that!

                      Really?
Norelco's definitely range in price...ifyou go to amazon.com they have norelco's for under 100 dollars, but they have one that originally lists for $320.00.

Tell ya what...it's definitely a lot of money, but if it shaves like a $320.00 razor should shave, it's definitely worth it in my opinion!
I'm in your boat i think....my stuff grows in real quick and real thick...i can't shave every single day, or i'd have really bad razor burn...as it is i let it grow a few days, shave the major stuff with the norelco, then, get a closer shave while i'm in the shower with a mach 3....such a pain in the ass.

Braun 5610. It's a rechargable, black with blue, and a little built in trimmer the pops up.

If I remember right, it was about $100.00. It's been a few years now, which no Norelco ever gave me. Not to knock the Norelcos. I had several of them over the years. I liked the three head style. But I was always replaceing those blades, which were NOT cheap, and they always gave out after a year or so.

This is my second Braun. The first got lost somewhere.

I suspect my wife had something to do with that too!

Man, I believe that sometimes you get what you pay for, and have found it true in Razors, but $300.00+!!!

That thing better shine shoes also! (for lack of a more graphic example, lol)
