  • I need help ( athlete's foot related )

I hate to bring this up espescially being new here.
My feet itch like crazy! This only happens during the summer months.
I clean my feet like a madman and I still have this itch that I can't help to scratch.
I sometimes scratch so much they start to bleed
The doc says i'm allergic to rubber and I should stay away from it if all possible.
ALL shoes and socks have some sort of rubber in them, what do I do?
    I need a sig

I don't think my boss would allow that.
I work in an area that requires steel toe shoes.

        Hmmm..

Well, you have a medical condition. SO we what work allows and see if your doctor knows of any special shoes that are latex free. Its not an unheard of affliction.

Soak your feet for 1 hour per night after work in salt water....warm water + common table salt = dead athlete's foot fungus...
I used to have the same problem when I was a teenager...I spent a week in North Carolina and swam in the ocean every day...when I left North Carolina, I had no athlete's foot...
I've walked these streets, a loaded six-string on my back, I play for keeps 'cause I might not make it back, I've been everywhere still I'm standin' tall, I've seen a million faces and I've rocked them all!!:salute!:

I was just trying to help.

I have never had it, so I can't say that I know how to treat it.

But if he has an allergy, he needs to figure what kind of shoes to wear. Because soaking them won't work.

What is likely occurring is that the athlete's foot fungus is in this guy's shoes...he re-infects himself daily by putting them back on...

My man here needs to purchase another pair of shoes and do the foot soaking thing...

                I swear it works...

Try a cream. Ask your doctor if you need a special cream for your Athlete's Foot.
