whats up Im 22 and Im 6 foot and 180 lbs. I am failry skinny except my lower abs and love handles need some work. I need a good workout for my chest, bis, and tris. I dont wanna get huge, I wanna be lean and cut so idealy I want to lose that weight in my ab region and build up my chest and arms to look more cut. Any advice towards workout, diet, and any supliments that would help me gain muslce but not weight. Also cardio suggestions are nice. I am at college so I have a rec and I very athletic as my intramural team won fball & basketball. I mainly want to look better more than anything...thanks

I eat protein like tuna and chicken breast most the time but Italian so I need pasta, i can lift everyday 6 am til 10 pm, and yeah I can stick to any workout I'll commit just need helpComment

Well, you can always do push-ups and sit-ups just about anywhere...
I do 3 sets of Push-ups and Sit-ups every day....
If you can run 2 or 3 days a week, you should...It will seriously remove body fat off you in general...
I lift with free-weights about 90% of the time...
Are you looking for exercise ideas...?

big bad john thanks, no offense I kind of know what to eat and ect, I was hoping for a very thorough workout suggestions and any supplement ideas...Im looking more for a lifting routine....like i said Im at my ideal weight but I wanna drop some fat % and add muscle, getting my chest and arms a little bigger but more importantly more cutComment
