I surprised myself yesterday. I am a fairly small guy- a 5'7", roughly 135 pound DB, and I managed to do 20 reps on the incline press with 90 ibs of weight. For some of you, this wouldn't be much, but it was quite a lot for my size.
Football is just eating up my schedule. This week I had a light, optional mini-camp for four days, two hours a day. Next week I have Captain's Workouts, which are very intense conditioning excercises, three days a week for a couple hours a day. The following week I go to Central Michigan University for Football Camp, in which I will have practice all day, and I will run 1.5 miles a day before breakfast. The week after that two-a-day practices start.Comment

That's awsome!!! Incline bench is not even close to the same as flat bench...I generally Incline 75% of my flat bench workout weight...
Endurance means alot more than brief, brute strength...I've walked these streets, a loaded six-string on my back, I play for keeps 'cause I might not make it back, I've been everywhere still I'm standin' tall, I've seen a million faces and I've rocked them all!!:salute!:Comment
