I too have a great resource for the insider view on how things work in the NFL. TJ Rubley (Denver QB, Green Bay QB, Rams QB, NFL Europe QB) is a friend of the family and my mortgage broker.

Hearing about what goes on inside an NFL team from a business perspective is interesting. It is definitely different than what is packaged and sold to us as entertainment.

We'll have to agree to disagree about the "creator" of the WCO. I think Walsh took it to another level (and is often credited as being its "father"), but the basic principles were outlined and created by Gillman.
