ok, street fighter. ken and ryu? blanka, the electric guy? there was a SF movie too, but it sucked. ahhh, nevermind. The sad thing is, in the arcade over here ( yes, we have ONE arcade) there are NO sports games, unless you happen to count crazi taxi as a sport. all we have is shoot em ups, fighting games, a pinball machine or two, and (ugh) the dancing game, which takes about 1/4 of the arcade space. its pathetic

I almost went with House of the Dead. I loved that game when it first game out. It's one of those games where you cooperated with a friend to accomplish something. It reminds me of the old school Nintendo games (Contra, Jackal, Life Force, Rush 'N Attack, etc.) where you and a best friend (or your little brother if he annoyed the hell outta you) would team up to destroy evil aliens or just blow s*** up in general.
With that being said, I picked Street Fighter. I cannot possibly calculate how many hours I have played that game in my local arcade at the time. Ryu was cool, but Chun Li was my homegirl. It was the first game of it's kind that did it right (that's right, even before Mortal Kombat). It was a pioneer of fighting games, and it can't be ignored or forgotten.sigpic

If someone uses one of your quotes, it really means that they agree with it and they're upset they didn't get the chance to say it first---- Dave Navarro 1991
The main reason I don't like the Bronco's is because every time I see their logo it reminds me of my drunk boyfriend who used to write his name in the snow with his urine then belch the letters of Elway's name----- Sandra Bernhard 1993

Well I have to go with Daytona USA, I actually bought the steering wheel, gas pedal controller set
I must have this thing for racing games I guess.....hmmm
I really dont play them all that much though, it is one of the guys things I havent picked up on......I really dont have the time these days to even think about playing video games, anything past the nineties and I would have to answer based on what my son plays. He loves the football games, Madden, etc.....
Right now he has a thing for that Street Basketball game, he just got #2, but he isnt glued to the game, so Im happy about that, he would rather be outside playing any of the games in real life.
