Ok I have a question. When I was in Denver right before we were about to leave we stayed in the Holiday Inn, the one right next to the airport. There was a restaruant that we went to that had an Irish theme, and I cant remeber what it was called, but it was really good, they have a dessert there called "Death By Chocolate" and it was really good. The restaruant was right across the street from our hotel, does anyone know the name of this restaruant?

You know you're coming up when you've got 2 IHOP's!!!! Do you guys have a WAFFLE HOUSE there? They're the bomb!!!! We have tons of them, because we are the KING of the TRUCKING INDUSTRY here in KC, so we have to have about 30 WAFFLE HOUSES strung along the Interstates!!![QUOTE]

The first time I drove to Florida from Pennsylvania I was amazed at how pervasive "Waffle House" and "Cracker Barrel" were. PA has Cracker Barrels now, but still no Waffle House. Very southern thing, I think.Originally posted by dhall26

We used to, but they all closed down in the early 90's. We had one on the East Side until about 1991, but they shut down too. WAIDS, DENNY's, WAFFLE HOUSE, IHOP and PERKINS ran them all out of town, and now CRACKER BARRELL is running all those mentioned above out of town!!!! Well, except for WAFFLE HOUSE!!![QUOTE]

Are you calling Kansas City Southern Jared? How Dare You, WE are not to be confused with the SOUTH!!!!! We only have 27 Waffle Houses from here to St Lou!![QUOTE]

Well, no, but MO is generally considered either Southern or Midwestern, and the Waffle Houses seem to only be in those areas. You are kind of where the South and Midewest meet, in my opinion.Originally posted by dhall26
