To me a sandwich is two bits of bread with filling in the middle and a hot dog doesnt fit that criteria!!!

A sandwich is something between TWO pieces of bread... If you have a good hotdog roll (that doesnt fall apart) then you have something folded inbetween ONE piece of bread...

Just had a look round the website you posted and now I want a hot dog and we
(a) dont have any rolls in the house
and
(b) hubbys away for a few days and I cant go to the store (not feeling well) .....
