Not sure why, but this struck me as funny. Superbowl after next will be Superbowl XL. I am wondering if the extra large superbowl will be even bigger than the previous 39. The NFL could really run with this thing.
The pregame flyby could be C-5's or 747's, instead of those puny little fighter jets. They could extend the halftime show to an hour, instead of that quick little half hour show. While they are on the XL theme, maybe they can get Dolly Parton to expose herself at halftime. Instead of having the best team from each conference, just bring in the biggest players from every position and make it a true Superbowl XL.
