Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

This not good, Christmas ads/ commercials already getting on my nerves
what makes it worse is * year round I swear our *local* t.v. Stations have some of the most gawd awful, annoying, stoopid

a friend of ours is having (not major, but still concerning) brain surgery, an endo and colonoscopy, while dealing with a nerve issue, and just coming off covid....oh, and all before Christmas. It may sound much worse than it is, and I certainly hope so, but I sure feel for her.
Physically and mentally tiring…..hope next year treats her better.💫

I have not seen one these fine days. I am sorry to digress a little, but I used to love the small train that passed by our property when we lived just outside the city. It was really neat to see, slowly going by on a snowy winter's night. We had 2 acres and it was beyond the back, so it was not too close. Though it was a concern when we moved there, with 2 small kids, it turned out to be a positive. Like in summer when it passed by, with passengers, and folks waving at the kids, when we were far enough at the back to be close.
I kind of enjoy riding trains, though you need a pretty good bedroom to have a decent sleep. The views can be great, the food is pretty good, and sometimes you meet some really nice folks.
