Cactus ...I was thinking of a different scene...I like the east coast far more then I do the west...

Was it mostly flat land that you camped on ??Any mountain ranges where you was at ?


Here is a pic of my back yard but I cant afford to mow it this year so it don't look like that now...

All mountains where I was at. Finding an area flat enough to camp on was pretty rare.

Not the same type of trees are they really dense like that ??

I have been out west a few times but only through Colorado. When you said Cactus it kinda of painted a picture for me .

Like what I would have seen around the Grand Canyon area..

You can find cacti all over the west, even in the moutains, at least I know you can in Wyoming!!

True...I cant say I know much ...I cant say I know anything about Wyoming,Ideho,

I like to travel though..I'm trying to go to Flushing Meadows NY this June then in the future Dallas Texas.

If all else fails 3 day trip to vegas.. !!!

I guess the best way to describe it would be that it looks like your back yard, just nothing flat, lots and lots of rocks (mostly red ones), and shrubs and cacti. Lots of yucca plants as well.
