I realize that it was well above the approved limit, but it just sucks that we get punished because some cheapo won't spring for high speed and won't turn off viewing sigs!!

Speaking as someone who's had to deal with dialup internet to view the site, there really is a reason to have a limit on such things.

I wish there was a customizable setting for users though... Don't allow images over X amount, etc.

I couldn't turn off Sigs, because it helps me identify users. Important for all posters, but especially for mods... trying to keep track of everyone isn't easy. (IPs track warnings and make it 100000000 times easier though)

But it didn't bother me since its not like I had a choice. It was either I take my sig down or you take it down for me.

It's gonna happen when half the folks on here are high schoolers... they're going to act like... well.... high schoolers!

Misery loves company, and I guess some how it makes that person feel big and tough to know that he/she got other people in 'trouble'.

In time, and with the help of some professional therapy, groups sessions and several years looking at the world through the bottom of a whisky bottle, BJ and I should be able to get past it....
