Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Happy Leap Year! On the plus side...an 80 year old person is a sprightly 20.
Going for dinner to celebrate a few birthdays tonight. My niece is one of the "celebrated ones", and a leap year one at that!
At the same dinner my niece's daughter is being toasted as well, for recently turning sweet 16! She's a wonderful young lady! This is a special night given the loss of her two Grandpa's very recently. Time for renewal, and for looking towards the future...while saying thanks for all the memories to those we lost.

Good evening to all!
It was even a bit more interesting that all 3 birthday folks had a fairly special milestone (which I of course am out of the loop on).....leap year, 16th, and a 30th. Kind of a fluke I suppose, but the end result was good!
sorry i havent posted as much. with the wife on nightshift i am basically a single parent and my twin tornados have reached ef5 level
i hope everyone is doing well. schools closed down as well as daycare and both the better half and i have essential job functions so it will be interesting.
