      Hi !
      Hi!

Jaws - We'll have plenty of leftovers... Brisket's probably enough to feed 20+ and we're doing a small gathering under 10. May have been enough for our old Derby parties of 40-50. lol.

As always, here we are in the middle of Broncos "madness", as is the case for every team's fans during the 3 day spectacle best be known as Draft Days!!!

I sure could use some brisket to keep my energy level up. Worrying and pacing does burn off a fair share of calories.

Of course, coffee intake rising yet again!

LT....any plate will do. Paper is fine. If it bends too much because of the amount you give me, I'll make due.

I couldn't find anything, but apparently someone else did.

LT, in my experience, you're always right.

Only the best plates for me, Pearl being my preference.
Although sometimes I do like to slob it out and settle for silver!

Well, obviously, we only use paper plates for most our slobs, but obviously let me break out the silver-lined pearl china for Cafe Royalty.

                          What's the difference

For some of us (no names) it's the same thing.
