My guess is that neither is a picnic, but since my one fear in life is drowning, I'd have to say burning. It may hurt more, but I think I'd stay more calm and at least have the presence of mind to try to douse the flames (rolling, etc). If I even began to drown, I'd instantly panic and die for sure.

        Antarctica Mini Facts:

Antarctica is actually a desert, receiving about the same precipitation (less than 2 inches a year), as the Sahara Desert.

Because of the extremely cold temperatures and low absolute humidity, dry skin and cracked lips are continual problems in Antarctica. Visitors must drink frequently to replace the water they exhale with every breath.

        Dehydration maybe?

I wouldn't want to drown or burn. Horrible.

I hear drowning isn't a bad way to die, once your past panicing you just pass out and well.....die.

I'd rather die in desert, freezing would suck because I would get frostbite first then I would die.
