Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Do you believe in soul mates? One person you're supposed to be with forever? Or do you think you just find someone and make it work?
How do you know they're 'The One'?
What happens if you find 'The One' and mess it up?
But you'll have to excuse me right now. My opinions on love in general are a bit jaded. Once upon a time, there was this guy who if there was such a thing, he would have been it. Bad timing? So that makes me think that no....and I hate to say that.
Love stinks.
Actually, if you were to have a soul mate and there is such a thing as fate, then you can't really mess it up because it was meant to be. Things (or so I hear) happen for a reason and every little thing we do is intended to lead us down a particular path. Even if you aren't supposed to find your soul mate in this lifetime, some believe that you will eventually find them in the next life.
Or something like that. Sorry, broke up with boyfriend so I'm bitter for the next several weeks.
Soul mates do not exsist because there's no such thing as souls.
It's an imaginary property.
Sure thing. I enjoy just about everything you post, and I won't argue that statement with you becuase hey, it's your opinion...and that's cool.
But Jesus just brought me another cup of coffee and while reading over my shoulder he told me that it's too early in the morning for you to shatter my concept of reality right now.
And I'm quite fragile.
Seriously though, wht do you mean by imaginary property?

Do you even get the question? THis is not about your "soul".
Soul mate is a term used for people who have met who they think they are supposed to be with for the rest of their lives.
DO I believer that my wife is the only one out there for me? Yes and No.
If she were to die today, I am sure that eventuallyl someday in my life I might search for someone else. If she were the only one for me for my life, then I would never find someone else.

I believe that there are a handful of people out there for each individual that would qualify as soul mates. There's no way that there is one and only one person in this world that would fit perfectly with me. Luckily I have found one of the women in that handful though
My other love...

I believe marriage takes work, and a concious commitment.
I donot believe in soul mates.
I do believe in love, obviously, but just saying you love someone without action is useless.
But no, I do not believe that there is one right person out there for me. I think there are certain people with certain personalities and traits that are highly compatible with me, and then a smaller sub group who would actually put up with me. Of that smaller sub group, I found one who actually loves me back.
