Hey guys, thinking about getting a new truck. Its between a Tacoma, Tundra, and a Titan. Any opinions on what I should get? Anyone have either of those trucks and have had good luck with them? Please tell me what you all think.

I think I just probably got lucky really. I know that one vehicle off a line can be a gem, and the very next one can be a piece of garbage. I got the gem this time!
70,000 + miles, and I have yet to have a problem.
Even for a brand new Ram, I wouldnt trade it away. It's been that good to me.

for towing, hauling and heavy stuff........dodge
for rough off road stuff....ford heavy duty offroad package
for a dependable, tough, get you to work sun or snow, up the mountain and around the bend........toyota, nissan or the new honda trucks....either or are just engineered to last , and retain resale value,,,specially the toyotasigpicwhen do native Americans become human and not mascots

Well, I'm sure each of those trucks have their pros and cons, but I couldn't say what they are. My husband and I have been a Ford family for the past 15 years. In January of 2005 we bought a Ford F250 4X4 with the 6 litre Power Stroke diesel. It tows so nice you can't even feel our horse trailer, and it's a 3 horse slant with dressing room. We wouldn't trade it for anything either, sorry JWinn, I know how you feel about your Dodge, lol. We don't drive it every day though, I have my 04 Expedition, and the truck just rolled over to 5000 miles.
When we bought this truck, it was the first time a dealer wanted to take our picture, but it was ok with me because I had my Eddie Mac jersey on! They sent us a copy of the photo laminated into a calendar, so the scan is a little bright, plus it was night by the time we wrapped up the sale.
Here we are posing with the truck
Here is our truck/trailer combo Problem is now the hubby wants to upgrade to a gooseneck with living quarters
A friend traded his Titan back in for a jeep, but I don't think it was because he didn't like it. Other friends have the Tundra and they seem to like it fine but I didn't ride in either.............so Buy Ford!!!Last edited by ladybronco87; 03-24-2006, 11:18 PM.
