Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Hopefully, when they find me in the hotel room.
They will pry the beer from my cold, dead hand.
They will leave that smile upon my face.
They will put the prison uniform back on my body and prop me up next to the keg at the party where all my friends and enemies can shower me with compiments & curses. Everyone will talk about all the crazy things I've done. They will hopefully say that I was a great guitarist and drummer.
It will be a big party and at the end of it all. they will hoist me upon their shoulders and heave me into the bon fire where I can burn, burn burn.
Born loud, live fast & die laughing....that's me.
I nominate this post for the most metal thing I've ever seen.
HEAR ME ROAR!
sigpic Thanks to Freyaka for the great sig!
There is the nice, ideal funeral that everyone pictures in their mind... Someone close to you gives a warm Eulogy, old friends and family fly in from all over the country. They play sad songs and everyone cries. There is a nice reception in which everyone tells great stories about your accomplished life etc. etc....
Orrr, there is the funeral that I think is a little more realistic if my luck on the planet thus far is any indication. At this funeral, a few people show up on short notice and the Eulogy goes something like this:
"Well, we'll miss our friend. We cannot dwell on his death, but rather celebrate his life... One musn't question why he was struck by lightning at such a young age, but move past it and carry on."
Yada yada yada, everyone gets drunk and goes on about their lives...
Meanwhile, I'm left with my french fry for a body for all eternity.
a little creepy, but I would come. I could even be the priest...
...
...
......
LOL, sorry, couldnt say that with a straight face. but I would come, I just doubt that christians would want anything to do with me.
You'd be very welcome as a guest, dunno about the Priest thing though lol! I'd prefer you to be in charge of the post funeral refreshments <----plenty of Guinness please.
Of course, as I plan to live to a 100 most of you guys won't be around anyway.

lol, I dunno... Im afraid if I enter a church, Ill be hit by lightning.
If you take what I have to say seriously, then I'm embarrassed for you.
Not that I think of this too much but I would like people to say that he was an loved his wife very much, was an excellent father and he tried his best to make the world a better place.
I also would like to have the old Bronco logo carved into my headstone to show everyone that I was the biggest Bronco fan when on this earth and will continue to do so even after my passing.
