  • Does any Broncomaniac uses their buddy list?

I personally don't. Does someone use it. I also wonder if someone ever met a Broncomaniac in person

    I do.
It's very helpful for finding some of your favorite posters, because it shows whether or not they're online.

I dont use the Buddy list or ignore feature.

I just look at the bottom of the main screen to see who's on, or Who's Online. Actually, I like that alot.

I have met some members from here! Mtnman, PainterDave, Calif. Bronco, DueceofClub, Blue Damsel, and a few others at the AFC Championship game.

Maybe one of these days someone can organize a Broncomania get together at one of the games.

They did that last year....but for the ones who were already going to the game..

i think we all need to organize one when tickets go on sale and all get the same game....

I have a buddy list. But I don't use it much.
I never use the ignore. People I don't want to respond to I just don't. That is more powerful tool. Ignore them without using the ignore.

I have no buddies, just people I'll agree with every now and then. Putting someone on the ignore list is a coward's way out, give your opinion and debate and maybe you can learn something from each other. I've noticed a few people around here are so egoistical and they are never wrong so they don't debate on issues. But it's easy to have a big ego behind a computer screen. I'm all about learning from each other and will listen to anyone's opinion. The only thing I have in common with people here is being a Bronco fan and the conservatives on here.

A friend is one who you'd trust with your life and I don't know anyone here that well. You can't build that kind of trust over a computer. There are some good people here and I enjoy their views on life and football. I am not here to say the right things to appeal people to like me, I state my opinion and hear others. Thanks for being square with me.

I have used the ignore feature in the past, and I don't doubt that I will do so again. But it's not for the reasons that you may think. I find that some people simply have nothing of any value to contribute to a conversation, and by putting these people on my ignore list, I have effectively eliminated the possibility that I might reply to them out of anger or in haste. There's no reasoning with certain individuals.

A grand total of two users have found their way on to my ignore list, and I hope that there aren't any more, but you never know.

As far as the buddy list feature goes, no, I don't use it. As far as other features go, I have subscribed to a grand total of one thread in all of my time here, and that's just because I don't want to lose it if it doesn't get bumped, because there's information linked within the thread that I want to make sure I have access to.
