Llisten to this 11 year old sing...it's incredible.

I happened to watch her last two performances (including her winning one).

Her low notes need to be worked on but she's 11 and all, but she's got a great voice, which is why she won.

Her second one was just plain out bad (good thing the voters carried her through) and the third and final one was great but not as spectacular as her first one.

First one=The Best.

I do not like this show. I watched two episodes of it and all it is is 'THE GONG SHOW' reborn. Instead of a Gong it is three judges with "X's".

Yeah, I know.

I hate talent shows.

She is, at this point, raw.


The talent is there, and it is amazing, but her performance was a bit over done.

But at 11, who doesn't imitate their favorites?


All she needs is the right material, and some lessons in knowing when to belt out with all that vibrato, and when to be more subtle. Being a good singer or musician is being able to do it all. Being a great one is playing what's appropriate for the note or phrase.



Bascially, it was a bit oversung, but enjoyable and impressive for an 11 year old.

Yeah, I could tell it was oversung also. But they only get a couple of minutes and it's for a talent show, so you kinda have to make an impression, it's not being recorded for a CD or anything. But I know what you mean.

I watched this like 10 times already and I'm still blown away by it. I love that part at the end where she sustains those high volume notes for what seems like forever. She's got a pair of lungs on her.
