  • I am the dumbest person alive

Okay, here is your shot to say how dumb I am.

I practically gave away my credit card today when I fell victim to identity theft.

Heck, you might even see me on those commercials.

Luckily, I cancelled the card before any purchases could be made.

    Im sooooooooo stupid.

So, I'm gonna be taking some time off from the boards and internet completely for a while now...

See? You were the reason I even realized the obvious.

I had already done it by the time I asked you

                      Thanks KC!

Don't ever give your credit card or personal info. There are a million scams.

The most popular appear to be paypal. I get emails telling me to update my paypal info all the time.

Here's an easy test. When you get the email telling you to update your info, click on the link. When it tells you to login make up something totally absurd that nobody would have.

If it logs you in then obviously it is fake. You can report them to your ISP, but myself I would report them to the ICCC, It's legit, it's an internet crime complaint center partnered with the FBI.
