or better known as sleep...
sure...
we all dig it...
and most of us never, ever seem to get enough...
but during the half yearly holidays that ended for me as of today...
i reflected and realised...
that i became addicted to sleep for several weeks...
it is stopped now... as i regained control of my life a few weeks back now...
but thinking back...
i was trapped in a vicious cycle that seemed too good to give up...
i noticed that i began to lose weight... as i was sleeping for up to 14 hrs a day on a semi regular basis...
and due to sleep... i would go with nothing mroe than like one meal a day...
and this spiral was only getting worse... as like an obese man trying not to eat the last cookie... i could never get enough...
so i learned something today folks...
too much sleep is bad for you..
because although you are not tired initially..
you will become more and more tired...
i mean i used to get sleepy again after being awake after 4 hours...
and sleeping your days away...
sleeping your life away is not good..
so dont complain about not getting enough sleep...
because at least you are living your life...
everything in moderation... EVERYTHING!!!
