  • Time To Lose Those Winter Pounds...

    winter is over....

    and now i am faced with a task...

    of not losing weight but getting a sweet six pack before i hit my "beach bum" status that comes with summer and me...

    we are like pees and carrots...

    i love it and it loves me...

    but i have to perhaps do some crunches for the next few weeks...





    is there a better and quicker way??

    is someone a "cut" muscle implant specialist willing to give old anton a uber cut six pack at mates reates??

    any help would be much appreciated...

      I wish I could tell you a quicker way...

      I'm cut mostly do to my time playing football and lifting weights. I usually do all the extra football drills at home when I'm bored and at night. And bam.. I noticed a difference in about month.

      If you can, try swimming and bike riding. Those work your abs out hard, and if you have any extra pounds, the swimming will shed them in no time. Try watching what goes in your mouth too. Not a health freak, but twinkies won't rip your inwards just outwards.

          soccer season is over...

          so its up to me...

          firstly....

          i have an uber metabolism...

          second...

          i loooove food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

          so when metabolism catches up with me...(or the lack of)

          i will put on the pounds...

          my BMI is 23.7 which is perfect...

          i just want a six pack for doing nothing again...

          last year it was sorta easy...

          this year im a little less fit then i was...

            Don't you have any other summer sports you can get into? Basketball drills are always good for busting you into shape. I'm sure you guys have that, or you don't do that?

            Seriously, sports is the best medicine... for abs.

              yeah we got b-ball...

              and the other b-ball...

              but i cant join any this year...

              cos i could be going for an extended holiday down the line durin the season...

              and that would result in me paying registration fees for nothing...

              ...

              damn...

              it looks like ill be crunching for the next few weeks...

                        Screw eating healthy just don't eat too much of anything

                              Me and you Anton! We will lose weight and get those 6 packs! Then 8 packs!

                              I must lose these summer pounds. I didn't put on much, but I lose about 10 pounds whenever I start college. The food up here doesn't agree with me.

                              Then I put them back on when I get some nice home cooking at my house in the summer!
