Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

I went to an elementary school that had teams for all of the organized sports, dodgeball, kickball, sockball etc. The captains would pick everybody in the school on draft day.
The two best teams would play kickball in front of the whole school, the other kids would bring their chairs out and line the bases. I played soccer so I was pretty much always on the team in "the playoffs". I can remember getting my outfit ready the night before, it was so important to me, it was always such a neat experience.
That and Garbage Pail Kids!
Then there was the time when my parents bought us 3 kids Intellivision to share. Man it was so much better than Atari, or so we thought. I remember playing Star Strike, Football and others. My favorite was baseball, whenever you got someone out, this machine actually talked to you and said "Yer out." Trying to get overlays to slide into the controller after they were wrinkled was a challenge. My friend had the Intellivoice accessory and we used to play B-17 Bomber, "Watch out for flak." We used to play fakes fights on the frontlawn, until our German Shephard thought it was real and attacked a neighborhood kid. Nothing major, just some ripped clothes, but I think he peed his pants.
Awesome, I think I loved the candy stick more than anything. Here's another one......dog crap. I hated it when we would play football or something, and step in a pile of it at the neighbors.
Man being a kid was fun, i remember cooties, i remember my big bro told me if you sit on the toliet sit you would get cooties. Now i found out what cooties is CRABS!!
