Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

The increase of people during losses is... well to be expected i suppose, a loss can be incredibly intense...
Although truthfully, all this negativity on the boards is depressing, making it rather unbearable for Denver to lose. You would think we all expect Denver to go 16-0 every season. But of course, we do all expect that in an unrealistic world which is our Fanatical Mind, we expect the best, and with that can only come disappointment. High expectations are good, but really heart-wrenching.
Of course we are setting ourselves up for pain and misery with these expectations, of course we are setting ourselves up.
I suppose most of these fans who come to the board in a negative light are either truly hurt at the loss, or just pessimistic.
I personally try not to click on any threads involving the following:
Fire (Suggestions of firing anyone on the team. From this only stems argument, doubt, etc. This is not the smack section against fellow bronco fans here!)
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (anything with excessive exclamation marks)
(anything in all caps unless the title is of interest)
also a key to avoiding this negativity and not wasting a click is just rolling the cursor over the title, a yellow note appears and you can begin the reading of the post, this can be key to what post NOT to go to.
But honestly, if a fan wants to be negative, go right ahead, no one can stop you. If a fan wants to be positive, don't be too chipper and you might not die from the pain and misery of the attitudes of everyone else.
