  • Where are your limits?

A recently revived thread has brought up the question of where people's limits are... morally and relative to attraction.

i.e. I was told that it was odd that TDK and myself had no interest in pursuing a married woman. That wasn't always odd. It was a standard.

Personally, there are certain things that actually AFFECT the amount a certain person is attractive to me. A woman who is married is out of my reach in my mind, and I'm not likely to spend any time thinking about her like that.

The same goes for girls who are coworkers... who are involved, but are not yet married... girls who are a bit out of my age range... (an 18 year old just seems too young now).

Even girls who are famous lose a bit of their attractiveness because it's not a likely reality.

Now... I don't expect many to flat out say that they love going after married women and destroying marraiges... but some DO! Some guys won't do that, but still see women who are engaged or just dating as still available.

What would keep you away from someone?

I personally like to say most of the time that I have no problem going after a girl with a boyfriend, but 9 times out of 10 I won't do it, at least not consciously. I am way too nice and respectful to do that, and if a woman is married, then it will be a hell no because I would not want to be the guy to screw up a marriage. In all honesty I think the biggest reason why I wouldn't, is because I would feel bad because I would be extremely mad and upset if it were to happen to me.

I don't find girls with boyfriends, or that are married, attractive, simply because I don't view them in the same light as I do other girls.

And I have this thing about lips. I hate lips that arent normal. Like too big, non existant, can't close, hair lip, etc.

Morally its not right to kiss and tell. I dont know why anyone would post on this subject? Beats me why do we want to run threads that belong in the Enquirer?
Married is Married best not to get involved in any situation that is not over.

I find them attractive, but I would never try to make something of it unless they became single again.

          And I have a thing about a girl's butt... I love them, I am a full out a$$ man.

            Nobody kissed! It's a hypothetical!

Besides... I don't think many who go after married woman would worry about the morality of 'kiss and tell'.

Bengaaaaaaaaaaals... Part of the reason why I feel so strongly on the matter is that I have lost girls (not wives though) to other guys... it's not a great feeling.

I lost my girlfriend to my best friend... it wasn't fun, I am just glad she didn't cheat on me beforehand.

You'll find that message boards will discuss many subjects.

                  Nothing wrong with this one.

Ooh... That's something else that's off limits...

                      Friends' exes...

I lost a best friend over a similar experience. Dated his ex... with his blessing. Apparently, he wasn't giving it to me wholeheartedly though. This was just before senior prom... we had 5 classes together, but we haven't talked since graduation.

                      Lesson learned.

Nope, not at all. The kid who was my best friend now hates me because according to him I wasn't being loyal by being pissed about it. The girl, has tried to talk to me a couple of times, but she always got mad about something and apparently she hates me too. I don't care anymore, in all honesty, but I would rather not talk to either of them anyways.

actually something like this happened just the past week. one of my friends ( a girl) was going out with this guy and then her own cousin calls him and convinces him to break up with her so he could go out with her. I think it's a pretty low thing to do. and i lost respect for him for even agreeing to do something like that.

it's a bunch of crap. personally i would never do something like that.

I won't try to convince anyone I don't find some women attractive, but since I'm married, I do not, and never will pursue any women, nor would I concede to any one pursuing me.

Because I am married, all women are automatically off limits to me. If I were not married, I would consider any woman currently in any sort of relationship off limits to me. There are to many out there in no relationship for me to waste my time.

If they'll cheat with you, they'll cheat on you.

I am not blind. I look, I see, I like, I stay away.
