  • Conan- Gets a Little Horsy with Martha Stewart

I thought this was hillarious....maybe a few of you will think so too.

I don't know how many of you like this guy, but
he's just one of my favorite goofballs on television.

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

I have watched the show a few times...

He's taking Jay Leno's place...is that what you are saying?
If so....I'm all for that, as I'm so tired of Jay Leno. Conan's would liven
up night television again IMO! Nice video! I'll show my husband, he
          LOVES Ranger Walker.

Yeah, Leno is not spontaneously funny. Conan is. I think the funniest stuff is when it's not scripted.

Conan was getting more popular and I believe Fox offered him a HUGE deal. NBC diden't want to lose him, so they made him next in line for the Tonight Show. http://www.cnn.com/2004/SHOWBIZ/TV/0...ien/index.html

He was really popular hosting the emmys. That probably helped him get the job.

Thanks Nas! The video----that was brave and hysterically funny of Conan! He does offer that element of surprise and he can keep things pretty clean too while being very funny, so I think Johnny Carson would agree (don't you?).
Thanks for the article....I had never heard that before. I watch a little less news for a week (because I'm overwhelmed with the bad stuff) and here, a good piece of news gets by me.
