What would it say? Would you warn yourself of things, encourage yourself to try something that now you regret passing up?
It will be fun to see some of the answers, because of the wide age range here.
I would say if I wrote a letter 10 yrs ago, I would tell myself to not be so hard on myself. That the 10-20 pounds up & down here & there really are not the worst things in the world.
I would tell myself to really make time & cherish that time with family, because it can be taken away so quickly. I would overall remind myself that the kind of house I buy, or even the job I have is not the things that will stick with me or will be the meaningful memories of down the road.
Ok, and I might warn myself that my mother in law turns out to be a great big beeach & don't waste any effort in trying to make a relationship with her.
