Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

I only friend people that I actually know. Oh, and one art gallery here in Denver.
Some of the people that I know are in bands that were apparently somewhat popular, but really never close to being mainstream. One of them is called "Five Iron Frenzy". I really have no idea how popular they are, but sometimes I'll run into fans of theirs which I think is funny.
I have one of the members of that band as my myspace friend, but I know other members.
As for the other bands that I know, I just have no idea how famous they are. I tend to be ignorant of the music scene and who is famous and popular.
My kid got Shannon Sharpe and Javon Walker. I told him that they werent them...just some clever loners who desperately needed friends. Alot of friends.
And how the hell do you know they are real?
Rest in Peace, Darrent and Damien. You will be forever in our thoughts

For some of them, it's because the official website points you to the real myspace. That's how I found Weird Al. For Joe Rogan's, I found it because of a video I watched, produced by Rogan, on YouTube. It had his myspace in the credits. Rogan's is linked to Tito Ortiz's, and I knew that Rogan would only link to the real guy.
HEAR ME ROAR!
sigpic Thanks to Freyaka for the great sig!

Yeah I just dont want my 16 year old to brag continually about being friend's with Javon Walker and it's a wierdo in an elf costume in Norway.

Does anyone have any celebrities friended on MySpace?
I just added Tito Ortiz and Joe Rogan. I've got Weird Al friended, too.
Who do you have friended on your myspace? Do any of them ever make bulletins? Do you ever get responses if you comment/message them?
Ask Tito how that whuppin' Chuck put on him felt.
Power is not revealed by striking hard or often, but by striking true.
It is men who endure toil and dare danger that achieve glorious deeds, and it is a wonderful thing to live with courage and to die leaving behind an everlasting renown.

I don't have a myspace, never had. Didn't see the attraction to it, but reading Nathan Fillion's blogs would be worth it

I have Weird Al and a whole bunch of bands. I try to only add people that are actually my friends.

.
FIF has a pretty big following in the Ohio area. I don't like them, but I know a lot of people who do.
There's a couple of Welsh singers that I've been corresponding a bit with via PM's, but my biggest celebrity friend at MySpace is my little bro, whose an Opera Singer.
Right now he has a regular profile, but I'm going to be working on creating a page for him in the Myspace Music section soon, so if you get a friend request from a Welsh Opera singer you've never met, you'll know it's Jawsie's little bro.
