i dont have a link but i just dug up the original email i received about it. the study was done at cambridge university and was indeed the first and last letter's.

Actually, I thought the study indicate you needed to have both the first and the last letter in place. Anybody have a link to this study?

i could be wrong but the study i read was the first AND LAST letter of the word. i could read your sentence fairly quickly, but if you use the first and last letters you literally dont even have to pause

Did you know that a study found out that if you start a word with the first letter of the word and mix other letters in you can still read it. Crazy huh!
