Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

Uncle Buck’s Sure-fire List of Enhancing Your CP Status:
Mind if I rip this off and make it my own list (change the words around a bit, change the tactics, and get CPs for it?)? Some competition won't hurt.
Oh, why compete when you can simply PURCHASE this thread? I'd consider, mebbe... wot, all of your CPs (plus your lunch money) per diem, for a month?
...which brings about Rule Number Seven....
7. Never sucker for "thread envy." It will only backfire in the end. A thread like this may seem lucractive; however, it also suffers a very rapid burnout rate....like the mating cylce of the mayfly in June. If you want to invest in a thread that would be a sure money maker for time to come, I'd consider the "cafe."
For example, dear CB Wannabe, you'd be surprised at how few CPs this thread has actually garnered. Oh, I'm sure that most readers out there would think prolly in the kazillions. But, NO, my CP-envious one! (I'd tell you the actual number, but this thread is still on the market)

If you have more guts than brains, however, venture forth at your own risk. But here is a brief list of femme denizens in here to avoid like Typhoid Mary: Jaws, Kapaibro (sp?), RedBirdy, HW, to name a few. Not that I’ve started up with any of them, but I can just read between the lines here. Oh, and don’t mess with Snapping Turtle. Mess with her (I don’t, she’s underage), and they are likely to claw your eyes out on the way back from the Lady’s Room!
