    Alright you Computer Wizards

I have a question that I can't seem to find an answer to anywhere.

When I download something from the internet, it usually says something like

"Estimated time left" and some minutes and kbs.

When I download something I never get that anymore. I use too, but not anymore.

    Help?

Go into tools, then options, then advanced and there should be a box saying notify when download is complete. Check that it is ticked.
"On a given day, a given circumstance, you think you have a limit. And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit, and you think, 'Okay, this is the limit'. And so you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further. With your mind power, your determination, your instinct, and the experience as well, you can fly very high."

Get Download Accelerator Plus, the free version. It will speed up your downloads, if
you configure it properly, and it will tell you everything you need to know while it is
downloading. Moreover, I have stacked up 12-16 downloads at a time and just let
DAP take care of it. It's a great program.

Like I'm downloading it, but it says Estimated Time left: Not known?

                Like why isn't it known!

Problem is, you can't use DAP to downoad DAP.

For any download, I can't see the estimated time left.

This means that either the file you are downloading does not contain the appropriate header information, or your version of IE has gotten corrupted and is no longer recognizing the size header.

Try different downloads to see if the problem repeats. If it does the same for all downloads, you can reinstall IE and it should be taken care of.

If not, you can do what I'd suggest in the first place. Stop using IE and download Firefox.

                        Well I figured someting out.

When I download a file through AOL, I can't see estimated time left.

When I download through Internet Explorer, I can see it.
