Tarantulas/Scorpions/Snakes..?

Just wondering if anyone here collects any exotic pets? Or just have any. Right now I have 2 Chilean Rose Hair Tarantulas and 1 Emperor Scorpion, the noob species of the 2. MAYBE this weekend I will be getting the Goliath Bird Eater, the largest species of spider there is! Can't wait!

i owned a lepeord gecko but that was the wierdst never any spiders sept, the spider in my room i named bug.

Anyways, those nasty things send me straight up the wall. I can't believe you are getting that even more giant thing! How much does one of those cost? And do you ever get bitten?

Lol, lots of people keep them as pets. The Goliath Bird Eater will cost me $60 for a baby. The top one was $20. All they do is sit inside the cage all day...you toss in a couple crickets and it's really cool watching them catch it. I mean, why is this different from the people that keep lizards? Their pretty much the same thing!

No I've never been bitten, it's not going to kill me if it does though! Just a little bee sting.

i feel the same way thats why if my family freaks out over a friggin black snake i just pick it up and move it its not poisenous i dont care if it bites me.
