Politicians. There are lots of non-trial attorneys who are doing decent work at what they do because they believe in whatever they are advocating.

Politicians, by nature, have to worry themselves more with KEEPING their job than doing their job.

Attorneys can always get work as a self proprietor.

I have to go with Politicians. From day one they are groomed to talk in circles, side step questions and feed the public what they want to hear. Most of the time it is BS.

Ya but they STILL try and screw you with the payments. Never, ever buy from a dealer, ever!!!! LoL! Every time you hear that 'push pull or drag' bologna; right there should turn on a red light. They are liars, cheats, and scumbags, the lot of 'em! Let's kill 'em all, and let God sort 'em out!!

??????????? That's the bank, dude. At least, I have always gone through a bank and been MUCH more successful with APR's.

Politicians.

At least you know a lawyer's intent is to defend his or her client (or prosecute if going the other way). With politicians, you can never tell what their true motives are or who they actually represent behind the scenes.

ahh it is but it isnt - I understand what you are saying but what I dont think most people understand is just because you can sue someone doesnt mean it goes anywhere - alot of lawsuite never amount to anything -as in the McD's "fat" case - as far as the McD's coffee case - everyone b!tches and moans but no one really knows the facts to that case and you would all be surprised to learn what they are - the OLD woman was severally burned - 3rd dgree and had to have skin grafts - but the real interesting facts are as follows: McD's KNEW that the coffee would cause 3rd degree burns and had done actual research into the fact that coffee at that temp gave off a certain aroma that drove peoples taste buds - therefore making them want to buy food - the research also showed that although the temp of the coffee could cause 3rd degree burns and they could be sued - they would make more money from the food they would sell than they would have to dish out in settlements for burns - this was not the first burn suit against McD's - its just the others settled - now another fact is that this woman made a settlement offer to McD's (25K) just enough to cover her med expenses I believe, not sure, looking for article but cant find it right now, and McD's refused it - thereby bringing this upon themselves

Some lawsuits may seem frivolous on the surface but know the facts before passing judgement
