I think that anyone who beats cancer should be exempt for a certain amount of time after they have beaten the one thing that more people die of every year than anything else in the world. It seems to me this is all a feeble attempt to derail his shot at 6 Tour de France victories. I find it completely insane that any one in their right mind would even think it possible to try and do something against this man.

Why do you think Frenchies are pissed off with American people ? I'm really upset with your remarks. I think US are pissed off with Frenchies because France disagree with God (I just talk about Mister Bush). Don't want to go into politics but I thought France and USA were friends. I still think American are our friends, even tough some disagrements. But your remarks really sucks !
Let's talk about Lance. Did he take some illegal drugs ? Yes he did ! Did the others do the same ? Yes they did. Every racer take drugs in Tour de France. There are no clean racer because this competition is too hard and the performances are too high to believe they are clean.
I have a great respect for Lance Amstrong because he's a great champion (taking drugs or not). What he did is unbelievable. What Frenchies find boring is the fact there is no real competition. That's not about Lance is American or not. Lance is too strong for the other racers. The real fun is to guess who will be 2nd...

Yea guys, so quick to blame others. I'm pretty sure the book is written by Armstrong's ex-assistant.
Second, yea, what Lance has done is remarkable, but who are any of you to say what the truth is. There are probably only a handful out there that do actually know the truth, and nobody on this board is one of those people.

And I think that is the gist of the whole thing. The fact if it's a french persson or not, doesn't really matter. (Although i no longer pronounce anything with a french accent anymore. No offense FrenchFan.) But if it is true, then everyone in the sport should be held to the same standard. Whether you have won it five times or none. This is what they do in every other sport, except baseball, but don't get me started on that one. The guy has a chance at doing what no other person has done, and that is winning six times. I guess i shouldn't have said steroids b/c i'm not exactly sure what they are calling it. I think I've heard several times "performance enhancing drugs". ^And to wish that on any one is coming from someone who hasn't had to see anyone they care about die of it.
