Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Beer? Levity. It's made by Odell Brewing Company out of Fort Collins. Yummy! Highly recommended.
"Shots"? Anything 100% blue agave (a.k.a. Tequila). I try to stick with the $40+ a bottle stuff.
A little side note... Colorado is a great place to live if you like (good) beer. There's so many great beers from the micro-breweries around here; I often have a hard time deciding which one to get and if I have an inclination to try something new then it's not a problem.
Originally posted by NOLABroncofan My fav is a Good Sam Adams; great tasting & highly effective in giving me a nice buzz. Lord those are expensive though. Normally I stick to Bud Light.
If I'm up for a night of hard alcohol, I'll go with either 7&7's or Bourbon and Coke. I've never been much of a straight shot drinker.
Nuff said...
Damn, I was just in Chicago and I ate at the original Chicago style, deep-dish restaurant Pizzaria Uno and I ordered a single Sam Adams to go with the tasty pizza. Imagine my surprise when the bastards charged me $5.50 + tax for that damn Sam Adams! I like that beer but not at $5.50 a pop. I could've bought a six-pack at my local grocery store for that.
I live in a generally warm climate so I don't drink it often, but probably my favorite drink is a hot, rich and creamy cup of hot chocolate on a cold winters day. Ghirardelli makes a damn good cup, too.

Vodka is my "poison" of choice...But Rum follows in a close second when it comes to alcoholic delights. The reason is simple - they can both be mixed into a lot of different things, and cuz I pride myself on being able to take more vodka shots than the other half can - 3 and he's gone...I've been known to last many many more than that. There's also a cream liquer called "Sylk" which is reallllly good - but only for sipping - and it has to be cold. The owner of my favorite liquor store personally recommended it to me & it's damn good (Yes - the owner of the local liquor store & all the workers there know me personally by name, well enough to give me personal recommendations and give me discounts hehe...Robb always makes fun of me when I go in - it's like "cheers")
As far as non-alcoholic I like Mtn Dew (all three flavors), sprite, water, and GATORADE mmmmh. All of these, minus the water, make great mixers! Oh right - um and because they give me the stuff I need to make it through a day.
