I'm assuming you're having relationship issues? Sit 'em down, tell 'em what's up and get out of there. I've been strung along and that sucks. I guess you could just stop calling if it's not serious. Letting someone down gently seems like you're patronizing them.

Well...I didn't get dumped or dump my girlfriend in middleschool...but my girlfriend walked into a classroom I was in and seen a girl sitting on my lap. She turned around and walked back out. We stopped taking together, and never offically said 'it's over'...hey, since we didn't 'offically' break-up, are we still going out?

I say do it to my face, let me know how I screwed up (or if she's the one who's screwed up), and get it over with. That's far more respectable than dropping hints or doing it over the phone. It's gonna suck not matter what, just give the dumpee a little dignity on the way out (if that's possible).Last edited by Ohio Broncos; 06-21-2004, 08:38 PM.sigpic
