But I don't know why Darius Mills unless you gonna have him play the SG position.

The Phoenix Suns have just offered a six-year deal in excess of $100 million to Kobe Bryant.
The Lakers apparently are going offer Kobe 140 million, which by far more than anyone, even the Knicks, will offer.

If its more money AND stay in L.A., then I think he stays.

I still think they are not going to trade Shaq, as pissed as he is, not unless they get Tim Duncan or Nowitzki, which ain't happening. I think they force his hand, or ask him who HE likes as a coach to placate him.

You really think this is a possibility, especially considering what happened the last time Spree and the Wolves were in MSG?

Yes, but it wont happen now because he decided to stay with the Minnesota Timberwolves. I forgot for how much but I know it was a lot. He had an option to opt out but he didn't.

Well then, it obviously doesn't matter...but i'm pretty sure there was no way spree was coming back to NY. Plus that's the last kinda of guy you need on a team that already has Stephon Marbury.

Well, all I want is a solid SG to maybe replace Allen Houston. I mean I love Allen Houston but not for that much and he gets hurt a lot and he's on a down slide. He's still gonna able to shoot real well though. I think he's the best pure shooter in the league. We just need to be more athletic there. Maybe signing a Jamal Crawford, Quentin Richardson, or Manu Ginobili. Also picking up Erik Dampier would be a good pick up. I think our Centers are too small with the exception of Dikembe Mutombo.

I think Ginoboli and Dampier would be great acquisitions.
I think it's important for the Knicks to pick up some players who can do things without the ball because I think we both know what kind of player Marbury is, he keeps the ball a lot, and he takes a lot of shots.
As far as Houston is concerned, yea, he's a great player and one of the best shooters in the league, like you said, for the money he's being paid he should be averaged 20 to 25 a game, yet we're lucky if he even steps foot on the court.

Well, Stephon Marbury has learn to become a great passer. He finish second in the NBA behind Jason Kidd in assist. So he's not a selfish Player. Just imagine how good the New York Knicks can be when he has Players who can score along side with him. Anyway here's is a New York Knicks Message Board: Knicks4Life.Com
