It takes a healthy mix of fairness, tact, open-mindedness, good judgement, and ability to create a positive and cooperative environment, among other things. And right now, in my books the mods are doing a great job. I prefer that they interact like regular folks here (which seems to be more the way of the land these days), and I think it's a credit to them that they can do so while being able to take care of mod business without missing a beat.....and that's been a real plus from my perspective.

Of course, and this is not to change the mood of this thread......but winning always helps a bit!!

Being a part of the mod staff for some time, I can guarantee you that it is no easy job and it requires time, tact, skill and patience.

The group is top notch and what goes on behind the scenes is incredible as they continue to bring the best message board in the NFL.

The people that use these boards are also a big contributor to it's success so hats off to everyone here at Broncomania.
