Merry Christmas Broncos Country, and my wish is for....
Eric Bieniemy Head Coach (He was an all American at Colorado, and coached there twice). He's currently Kansas City's OC, and he has been learning at the feet of Andy Reid since 2013. This means we get an up and coming offensive mind and they lose one. Win win.
Shane Waldron Offensive Coordinator (He's the rams current passing game coordinator).
Michael Macdonald Defensive Coordinator (He's the Raven's current Linebackers Coach).

The RUMOR I heard yesterday on ESPN Radio was a certain Harbaugh Brother , IF he don't return to Ravens. I dont think Elway dares to even think about taking an unexperienced gamble on a coach again.
If you are going after a RAMS coach, why not Matt LeFleur, the Rams OC?
Or, Zac Taylor , QBs Coach of the Rams?
Even old MIKE SHANNAHAN has been talked about. Why not? Could it be worse?? LOL!

Dave Toub. He had been the ST coordinator for the chiefs forever. He would allow the OC (whoever that might be) to do his thing as well as the DC. He has learned under some great coaches and is often referred to as a great coach himself. He could help create the do your job culture we so badly need around here. That’s who I want.sigpicComment
