Anthony Randolph and Ty were the only ones who showed up on a consistent basis.

Faried was doing well..but got beat too many times in the 4th quarter on the defensive boards leading to 2nd chance points.

Once again, a crap play was drawn up it appears, and our team can't set screens for crap when we need them to. We almost fumbled the ball away like early in the year.

Yeah because he's the only one attempting to get them... the rest of the team is just watching... I saw andre miller just let someone slide right by him and hop in front of a rebound... he coulda easily put a body on him. Randolph did the same down the stretch... meanwhile faried is flying around.

        ugh. I miss gallo.

He was getting out rebounded by DeRozan. Hence the reason the announcers kept saying, "Faried needs to block out."

We're not very good at rebounding the ball. Our length really helps us out on the offensive boards, but we seriously lack size on the defensive boards. It doesn't help that our biggest player in Mozgov is absolutely horrible on the boards. On the positive side, Anthony Randolph played very well. We're a deep team but we lack a true PF, if Randolph can become a consistent player, it might put us over the top. Kenneth Faried is amazing and is only going to continue to improve, but his size is still a concern for us.

There are a couple of good players being shopped right now. Josh Smith to Brooklyn is being talked about a lot, but Atlanta wants a young C that Brooklyn just doesn't have, or at least one that they want to part with. The rumor is that the Nets are offering Humphries and Marshon Brooks. I'd like to throw Mozgov in that deal if we can get Brooks and Reggie Evans from the Nets. We'd get yet another project in Brooks who can develop into a terrific shooter and we get a great rebounder in Reggie Evans who will help in an area we really need help in. All in all we'd get Brooks and Evans, the Nets would get Josh Smith, and the Hawks would get Mozgov and Humphries.

Fundamentals are the reason we don't do so well on the defensive glass. Like Scott Hastings was saying, Faried never blocks out because he can jump well.

Gallinari likes to hover up in the high post because normally Faried, Koufos or McGee are the ones who are expected to get most of the rebounds and a lot of time they're out of position or chasing someone out of their zone where they shouldn't be.

It would be really nice to get Reggie Evans back, but I think there's no way that we would get one or even both of those players just for throwing Mozgov in.

There'd likely be more players thrown in, maybe Andre Miller or a pick or two. But that would be the core of the trade. Although after listing to Karl, Reggie Evans would not fit in the defense that Karl wants to play because Evans will get taken to the woodshed on defense when he is forced to switch.
