Aside from his BP pitch in the 2nd...he's been great so far.

          Another loss incoming.

          Wonderful.

Once again Walt has 0 cajones and can't argue for the life of him. What an idiot. Just fire him already.

I wish Walt actually gave a damn about the game.

            Argue, do something.

Not that great of an outing from Oswalt...prob won't even make it 5 innings....blah

10 strikeouts is cool and all....but 9 hits and 4 ER and 90+ pitches through 4.1 innings is not.......

                    Roy Oswalt's final line: 5.0 IP, 9 H, 4 R, 4 ER, 0 BB, 11 SO, 1 HR; 101 pitches

The good? Strike outs and walks.

The bad? Hit hard. High pitch count. Only 5 IP.

I'd say its pretty damn good for his first start of the year.

Much better than anything Francis has ever done.

                        It's not terrible.

But he got hit hard by the 2nd worst offense in the NL and couldn't get past 5 innings. We desperately need our pitchers going deeper, especially against bad offensive teams.

11K is very promising. We'll see what he does during his next outing.

Already better than Francis and Garland.
