Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Games 120-122: Monday August 12th through Wed August 14th. Rockies vs Padres
Monfort and O'Dowd have had their dreams answered. A little winning streak to verify that he doesn't need to spend cash to improve the team in the winter because they are contenders with who they have right now.
I just chalk it up to the normal HUGE slump Tulo has every year.
Hate to sound negative, and not to take anything away from Tulo because he's a hell of a player...but he does this every year. One HUGE slump.
Other players have slumps like CarGo, Cuddy, whoever. But no one usually dips as low as Tulo does during his huge slump. Then after the slump, he'll go back to tearing it up.

Exactly. In a 6 month sport, he is a 4 month player.....with one month on the DL, and the other month in a huge slump. But for 4 months he is a superstar. Would love to see him put it together from start to finish. This routine he is in now needs to end.

Not going to argue. It's just usually that he starts the year slow. So I don't consider it a slump so much as a slow starter.
He is usually tearing it up by August. So I'm really disappointed.
But yeah not like it isn't something we haven't seen before.
As unlikely as it is the season isn't mathematically lost yet. And with Cargo injured Tulo really needs to snap out of it and step up as an offensive leader.
