Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

I didn't mean y'all don't care about the games. I just meant who cares what number they are at this point?
But Chacin and De La Rosa have been outstanding all season. And prove that elite level pitching can be had in Colorado if the ownership would put more effort into it.
Worst baserunning team in the league. They perform like a bunch of JV high schoolers. Walt should go back.
Again he improved the team record first year even if he has made a ton of major mistakes. He deserves more than 1 year to learn and progress with the team.
If the Pirates fired Hurdle after his first disaster season they would probably still be looking to end their 20 year losing seasons streak.
If Walt does not improve the record even further next season or the team even gets worse then I agree we can't stick to him. But to fire a coach after 1 season just because it's not the 90 wins you were hoping for is ridiculous.
But screw Walt, I have no faith in him. He's gonna have to prove me wrong. He'll get 1 more year at least whether or not I agree with that...so he better make a ton of improvements next year. We have a solid team on paper.
Yeah it was a sig bet. I believe you guys set a bench mark for how many games he had to play. I remember specifically that there was an injury clause.
Funny thing is I've never seen such a clear cut winner of a bet turn into such a clear cut loser.
He raced out to what 8 in April and 10 shortly after. I figured he would have 20 by the All Star break and the bet would be won.
So dissapointed to see him only at what 12? on September 4th. I do understand it's mainly injuries though.
And yes I agree this lineup seems to be ridiculously injury prone. In a no contact sport.
Yeah. It looked like a damn given...then he slowed down...and for a while now he's been battling injury.
But I don't know....all 4 of our best players have missed time this year...typically a good chunk...it sucks. Maybe they need to change up their training program or something.
