What do you guys think it would take to get Irving? Saw a report saying Murray, Faried, Chandler and a first round pick, doesn't seem to bad if Juancho and Barton are indeed going to play a lot of minutes at the 3.
Although personally I'd like to see a three team trade with the Suns. Suns get Irving, we get Bledsoe, Cavs get Faried, Mudiay, our first round pick and the Suns protected first round pick.
Harris and Murray are going to be sticking points in any negotiation though, I'd rather not give up either. But in the scenario with the Suns I suppose swapping Harris for Mudiay wouldn't be terrible but that depends on the development of Murray and how confident the staff is in him.

I'm a lot more excited for this upcoming season than any in the last few years. still kinda hoping we get rid of Faried, won't be happy if he is starting at all.

Robert carter and Torrey Craig played well tonight. Lydon looked awful on defense.
Side note I was watching Jamal Murray on the bench the whole game and was cool, but then I saw Gary Harris as we were leaving and I totally fanned out.

Lydon has some hops on him, hit a sweet fade away in the post early

And with Wasington matching the Otto Porter deal they want to do a sign and trade with Bogdanovich. I doubt we have the players to get Washington to bite though. Maybe DA

Or we can try and lure Simmons away from San Antonio, I think he'd fit nicely with our Jokic/Milsap combo on offense and would be an improvement defensively. Signing Greg Monroe would be nice as well.
The market is starting to dry up though and I doubt we can get much by trading Faried/Arthur now but who knows.

The only issue would be that Denver and Millsap would need to convert the 3rd year team option, into a fully non-guranteed 3rd year. S+Ts need to be at least 3y in length(option not included). We would end up adding cap room, with a sign and trade. This is important if we cant move Faried or DA, and want to sign Hill. This is a good article breaking down the pros and cons of it. Basically, we would lose Millsap's Bird rights, is what it boils down to.

Looks like we'll get some draft compensation just for facilitating the sign and trade. That works for me
