Yeah, I have a very extensive vocabulary. Anyway, I just had some ppl come in, on an emergency, someone frauded out this poor little old lady, that doesn't speak much english.

Oh, well we just made sure that the depreciation check she's supposed to recieve goes to her and not the roofer. And to make sure that her son would be able to a. call the roofer, and b. file a report with the cops. cause apparently she was contracted with a different roofer and this guy just showed up and did the work.
