See, they keep trying to bring back Rachel or Catwoman and I don't get why...I know some people want to see these attractive women dressed as Catwoman, but I really think that they should use one of them as Bruce Wayne's next fling instead. I'm not saying Catwoman's not a good character, but I just never really thought she could fit in this type of world. I do like the Nightwing idea though...I definitely think that could work in a LOT better. I don't think anyone Wayne confides in would ever be supportive of him taking a 'Boy Wonder' under his wing...

Even if they wanted to do Catwoman, it better not be Rachel. I do not see how they could make her coming back alive believable.

Oh man...I'm picturing Johnny Depp as the Riddler and spewing out riddles and rhymes in his Jack Sparrow voice...

While I really, really hope they bring Riddler into the mix, I think they should choose someone other than Depp. No one can get passed his "Jack Sparrow" type of character.

I do respect Depp a lot. He's one of my favorites. The guy really can act. I agree with whoever brought up Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I love that movie.

Also he was great in Once Upon a Time in Mexico. I just don't think he fits The Riddler or The Joker (as some also want him to reprise).

I'd rather see them try to ask Norton to come back on board. He would be a great Riddler. He turned down Two-Face to play The Hulk and I bet he's regretting that decision right now.

He'd make a great Riddler and it'd be awesome to see Bale, Norton and Eckhart in one movie.

Also I want The Joker to return. As a fan of Batman, I understand the importance of The Joker to Batman's existence. It's like having a Superman story without Lex Luthor.

Anyway... I came up with another way to incorporate Catwoman (similar to my Nightwing idea...actually, no it isn't but...)

Also let me be perfectly clear on this one: I do NOT want Catwoman to appear in the 3rd installment whatsoever. Or in Nolan's franchise period.

Nighwing I can handle, cuz he's cool, and all grown up...and eventually takes on the Batman mantle...

BUT if they absolutely caved and put Catwoman in... I think the only cool way to have her in this universe is just as Selina Kyle...and that is it. All they have to do is tease the audience with the possibility. And Selina Kyle alone could work in the Nolanverse.

I understand Kyle's importance in the love story between her and Wayne. That's why just bringing Kyle into it and not her alter ego would work well.

But again, I believe bringing Talia Al Ghul into the series is an even better idea. We've already established the Al Ghul family, etc. And Talia is Bruce Wayne's one true love (even over Selina even though he marries Selina, cuz after all, he can't marry a criminal).

Talia as a villain would really push Bruce to his limits on how he wants to deal with criminals in Gotham. And even better, she would work even with The Riddler and The Joker still in the mix.
