            Nice extensive list Keith.

I have not seen most of those movies, but I probably should.

Thanks. Horror and Westerns (my 2 favorite genres by miles and miles) are easy. "The rest" was hard.... I know I left out several.

I just added Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and Salton Sea to my Netflix list. I had The Boondock Saints on the list, but bumped it up higher in the queue.

              I'll watch them soon.

                It's movie night!!!!!

                Not necessarily in this order...

                1) Terms of Endearment
                2) Field of Dreams
                3) Apollo 13
                4) SuperBad
                5) The Cider House Rules
                6) Napoleon Dynamite
                7) Gladiator
                8) Good Will Hunting
                9) Something About Mary
                10a) Juno (what a suck I am!)
10b) The first 1/2 to 2/3s of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (I split my gut watching the first hour or so)

I need to get out and catch some of the new ones, like Dark Knight, Benjamin Button and The Wrestler (Mickey Rourke could have been an all time great actor had he stuck with his craft. I'm glad he is back, and hope his life settles).

In general, I like movies with Johnny Depp, Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Ben Stiller. I was inspired by the first Rocky movie for years....but I'd have trouble watching it now....

Great list Can! You have some of the same movies I have, and some I honestly haven't even seen. I should have done an entire genre list like KB did, because I realize I neglected to add a lot of my favorite comedies.

Comedy favorites not on my original list

Yeah, I did! Listened to Babe Ruth and co. on the radio first both days, though.

Frankenstein was my first horror movie. Thought I was pretty big stuff getting to stay up with grandpa and watch it. I still cherish Boris Karloff.

Too cool: Christopher Lee and Boris Karloff were neighbors in London for Karloff's last 4 or so years and became very close friends.
