I may not play the game anymore but after reading a couple of the books by richard knaak, i think blizzard would have complete success.

The game is still owning every game out there in terms of sales plus add in how much history this game has, its not hard to think of a marketing strategy for this project.

Part of my idea came from watching hellboy 2 and seeing the creativety behind it got me stoked.

Also after reading the war of the ancients archive I wish i could propose this myself to blizzard as a movie idea. The archive is a trilogy about the struggle against the burning legion, deathwing (black dragon), and the old gods. Notable characters in the story include malfurion, illidan, tyrande, alexstraza, archimonde and more.

yes i know im a geek but im ready for it. Best part about it would be that they CAN market it towards adults and late teens given their marketbase. So it could be rated r if need be. All LOTR did was begin to wet my appetite for a fantasy movie along this genre

just saw about the 07 blizzcon. But that said they were aiming for 09 release and havent seen anything else on it....

not only about the budget but i found out that they laughed at uwe boll when he called asking about it.

course uwe had previously said that the hardcore gamers vision is something that can't be obtained. Guess thats what makes your movies trash...lack of vision.

blizzard continued on to say that they were looking at the producer of 300 or the guy that did the dark knight and batman returns.

Well... whatever they do, it's gonna be HUGE with the WoW population out there. I also know that as underpowered as the Rogue is... Rogue= win.

LOL! I've never rolled horde. I've been tempted... but I have too much fun with my "big" rogue and my "little" rogue. The "big" is an 80 human that I'm trying to get fully geared. The "little" is a 19 twink that's a lot of fun. If she get's cornered one on one she pretty much beats anyone(but has the most fun with twink hunt-ards).

i started and finished playing before the first expansion came out. Worked swing shift and usually had time off when everyone else was working.

back then the horde was the underdog, dont know if they are now. Was also a tauren. Rolled both as shammans. I could both heal and tank effectively which wasnt common back then. Work change and all makes it hard to play any more.

if you havent read the book i mentioned, i highly recommend it. Knaak does an excellent job of bringing the game to life in a book

I guess the balance depends on which server you're on now-a-days. I have fun, that's all I know. Sure... I get my arse handed to me often in the 80's bracket... but who cares? It's a GAME.
